with LOOP

Welcome to LOOP, where circular fashion meets simplicity. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to begin your LOOP journey.

Account Setup

· LOOP uses your existing KOLAB account - no new registration needed
· Simply click "Login" on LOOP
· You'll be redirected to KOLAB's login page if you're not already signed in
· Once logged in to KOLAB, you'll automatically return to LOOP

Navigating Your LOOP Account

My Account

Your personal dashboard contains
· Account details (name, email, phone)
· Order history
· Saved addresses (Note: Account details are synced with your KOLAB profile)

My Wardrobe

This is where you'll find:
· All your KOLAB purchases
· Items you've bought on LOOP
· Each item displays:
- Product photo
- Size
- Color
- Purchase date
- Order number "Pass it Down" - button for listing items

My Sales

Track your selling activity:
· Active listings
· Items waiting for shipment
· Shipping status
· Store credits earned

My Orders

Monitor your purchases:
· Order status
· Tracking information
· Delivery updates

My Wallet

Manage your store credits:
· Current balance
· Transaction history
· Credit usage on KOLAB and LOOP purchases

Understanding Store Credits

How Credits Work:
· Earn credits by selling items (95% of sale price)
· Use credits for purchases on both KOLAB and LOOP
· 100 credits = $1 USD
· Credits appear in wallet after successful delivery
· No expiration date
